Seelinger Arts Foundation (SAF) is a non – profit organization founded in 2023 in Hong Kong by Agnès Seelinger to promote French - Chinese artistic cooperation projects, in all forms (theatre, photography, music…), with an emphasis on communication, family and human interactions.
